Q: What type of photos work best for magnets?
A: High quality photos with sharp, clear images work best. Also, be sure to carefully inspect your photos after you've uploaded and edited them to be sure you are happy with how they look.
Q: What if I need to change my order?
A: Unfortunately, once submitted, orders cannot be changed.
Q: What do I do if there's a problem with my order?
A: While we do not accept returns due to the personalized nature of your order, it is our goal that you will love your magnets! If there is a problem with your order be sure to contact us by using the Contact page or feel free to email us (laurie@bigsmilemagnetco.com) right away so we can work with you to make things right.
Q: What if the carrier damages my package or my package doesn't arrive after I've received a tracking order?
A: Once your package is released to the carrier they are responsible to deliver it to you. If your package does not arrive, or is damaged in transit, please contact USPS with your tracking number for assistance. We are not responsible for damage, loss, or delivery delays by the carrier.
Q: Can I share your magnets on my social media accounts?
A: Yes! Please do, and be sure to tag our company.
Q: Do gift cards expire?
A: Yes, but they are good for one full year after purchase.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Once received, most orders are made and shipped via USPS within 1-3 days. Once mailed, orders usually reach the recipient within a week. Keep in mind that this estimated shipping time does not include weekends and holidays, or delays by the carrier due to weather or seasonal fluctuations in shipping volumes.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, at this time we ship only to the domestic United States.
